Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing JATT Workforce Center at staff.jatt.au (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service is a private workforce and task management platform operated by JATT Logistics Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”) for use by our staff, contractors, and authorised partners.

3. Eligibility

Access is by invitation only. You must:

be at least 18 years of age
have current authorisation from JATT Logistics to access the Service
use a work or invited email address

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the Service for any unlawful purpose
attempt to access accounts or data belonging to others
probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network
upload malicious code, scrape data at volume, or interfere with operation of the Service
impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation

5. Accounts and security

You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credentials and any actions taken from your account. Notify us at baba@jattlogistics.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We strongly recommend enabling TOTP two-factor authentication from profile settings after sign-in.

6. Content

Work product, tasks, comments, and other content created in the Service in the course of your duties is the property of JATT Logistics Pty Ltd, subject to any separate employment, contractor, or partnership agreement.

7. Intellectual property

All rights in the Service — including software, design, content, and trademarks — are owned by JATT Logistics Pty Ltd or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (Google for sign-in, Supabase for infrastructure, Cloudflare for network). Your use of those services through the Service is also subject to their terms.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance or due to events outside our control.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by Australian Consumer Law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JATT Logistics Pty Ltd disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JATT Logistics Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to AUD 100 or the amount you paid to use the Service in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

13. Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
