JATT Workforce Center (the “Service”) is an internal workforce and task management platform operated by JATT Logistics Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose personal information of authorised staff and contractors who access the Service at staff.jatt.au. This policy is governed by the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

2. Who this applies to

The Service is provided to JATT Logistics staff, contractors, and authorised partners. Access requires an invitation from an administrator. This is not a public consumer product.

We do not request or store access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, or other Google data beyond your basic profile, unless you separately authorise an integration that requests additional scopes.

These providers are bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We do not sell personal information to any party. We may also disclose information where required by law, by a regulator, or in connection with a lawful investigation.

6. Data location and storage

Personal information is stored in cloud infrastructure operated by Supabase. Data may be processed in jurisdictions outside Australia (including the United States). By using the Service you consent to this cross-border transfer.

7. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after deactivation to meet operational, audit, and legal obligations. You may request earlier deletion subject to those obligations.
